This diaper works very well as the large version. However, I'm not a big fan of increased regulation system because it leaves "irregularities" in the back of the diaper, when adjusting the settings children. For this reason, we left completely Jayden wear on the largest setting to avoid this unsnapped. He could have torn down, so that would fit better under his navel.
